My top 3 books

Hey-o! I is back. Today is national book day and I am celebrating by posting today. I didn’t post last week not because I was busy since I took my last test on Monday, but because after hell week I was so drained I couldn’t get myself to do anything. I barely read, didn’t write and Netflix didn’t even exist. But I am back with a brand new post so let’s celebrate that. Today I am going to be talking (writing?) about my top 3 books. Choosing only three was hard, but at the same time it was easy. Let’s be honest if you have to list all the books you’ve read to decide which one is your favorite then it probably isn’t. A favorite has to be one that when someone asks you the question you can answer without thinking.

For me the number one spot will always go to Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead. I. LOVE. THIS. BOOK. I love it so much. This series is my favorite series ever and I will never get tired of it. Read The Vampire Academy series! The first isn’t the best, but book two, Frostbite, and three, Shadow Kiss, are the bomb.

Number two has to be Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz.

This book is one that I love yet have not reread. Still, I love this book so much. I listened to the audiobook which was narrated by Lin-Manuel Miranda and the narration is amazing. I am not going to say I am biased because when I listened to it I didn’t know who he was. So believe when I tell you I loved the narration, I adored the story and I need the actual physical book in my life. I’m planning on reading and listening to the audiobook again because of how much I loved it.

Number three goes to Still Alice by Lisa Genova. This book gave a new perspective when it came to Alzheimer’s and I loved it for it. Honestly, it’s just such a good book and it touched me in a way that I just love it. It’s not the type of book you instantly think it’s my favorite book, but I know it’s one of my favorite because I can’t stop talking about it, can’t stop trying to get people to read it, and I just love it.

Well, that was a very short post. What can I say? Read these books! They’re amazing! READ THEM!

Happy book day! Happy readings!
